ImageDB is the leading producer and aggregator of visual content for the various B2B (Business to Business) industries in India. We occupy a unique niche in the advertising industry, producing high end digital still images and videos, and other interactive multimedia content. Our clients are made up of leading advertising agencies, E-Commerce Websites, Social Networking Websites, Hotel Chains, and many more different types of businesses.

The Opportunity

ImageDB is always looking to expand its team of photographers nationwide to shoot digital still images and also acquire the content already shot by them. We outsource a range of photography assignments to them like assignments for the hotels, tourist attractions, stock images, assignment work for a client in their local area.

Responsibilities

Travelling to locations in your region and work with team of people like customers, models, producers, etc to effectively shoot digital still raw imagery as mentioned in the assignment and per the detailed shot list provided by the shoot co-ordinator to achieve the objective of the client.

Individual Profile

  • Excellent artistic and visual composition sense
  • Must posses excellent communication and creative skills
  • Hard worker – not afraid to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Very good client communication skills and friendly demeanour
  • Must be disciplined and focused, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be resourceful – proactive problem solving is a must
  • Must be prepared to travel extensively, frequently, on short notices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in stock photography or 2 years experience in professional photography
  • Experienced user of high end DSLR cameras
  • Ability to speak English or Hindi
  • Experienced in Customer Relationships

Equipment you must have:

  • At least one DX or Full Frame DSLR of 12mp or higher (Nikon or Canon)
  • Solid tripod with bubble level (at least 6ft or 180cm while fully extended)
  • Portable method of image storage (i.e. Portable hard drive, Laptop, etc.)
  • Must have a range of super wide(aprox14mm) to medium telephoto (approx135mm) lenses
  • Must have computer with DVD R/W and Software that can support RAW files (preferably Photoshop)
  • Must have own method of transportation
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License
